What about the doctor's rights?

I am so fearful. Our nation wants to overturn a law that will force doctors to preform abortions even if is is against their moral and religious views or they will be fined. Now, I am totally against abortion, but isn't it suppose to be a choice? Legally a woman in this country can choose to have a baby or not, but should not that right be extended to doctors? Why on earth would our country force someone to do something that will make a person feel like a murderer? Why should a person be punished for their beliefs just because it goes against the liberal views that are dominating our country right now. What kind of country are we becoming when ending a life is more important that preserving one? I really thought our constitution said that "All men are created equal" (notice it says created, not born and life is created at conception) If that is true, wouldn't forcing people to preform jobs the morally don't believe in take away their equal right and view on the matter? Please, please write your congressman, write the president, and stand up and let your voice be heard. Protect the innocent and protect the doctors who are trying to protect the innocent.

Young, Conservative and Proud of It.

I am part of the under 30 crowd. I hold a college degree, and I like to consider myself to be a fairly intelligent person. Some people are surprised to find out that I am a conservative and I just about as conservative as you can get. True, I'm from the South, I am a God fearing woman, and I regularly attend church, but so are a lot of my friends who are liberal Republicans (yes they do exist) and Democrats.
I usually vote Republican, but I don't consider myself to be one. I think that this country has become so partisan that the real problems are being buried under bad policies and politics. We as a nation are on an ethical and moral downward spiral and the time has come to do something about it before it is too late. Now is the time for those with a conservative voice to speak out or it is our children who will suffer the consequences.
